IFAT INDIA 2026: VYTAL® – One Portfolio. Multiple Grades. Diverse Applications.

The Grasim Chlor-Alkali Business of Aditya Birla Chemicals participated in IFAT India 2026, held from 9–11 September 2026 at the Bombay Exhibition Centre, NESCO, Mumbai. The three-day exhibition brought together key stakeholders from across the water, sewage, solid waste and recycling ecosystem, providing a valuable platform to showcase our capabilities, engage with industry stakeholders and explore emerging opportunities in water and wastewater treatment.

The event was inaugurated by Mr. Setu Shroff, Joint President – GCA Development, along with our R&D team members from the Vilayat plant, marking the beginning of three days of meaningful industry interactions. Throughout the exhibition, the team engaged with water utilities, industrial customers, distributors, consultants and technology partners, gaining insights into evolving customer needs and emerging trends in the water treatment sector.

A key highlight of the showcase was our product brand VYTAL® – a series of specialty solutions for water and wastewater treatment. The portfolio comprises Coagulants, Flocculants, Disinfectants, Dye Fixing Agents and Decolorants, offering solutions for diverse applications including process treatment, clarification, industrial CETP, RO pre-treatment, cooling tower treatment, municipal sewage treatment, sludge and red mud dewatering, and industrial wastewater treatment. The live Jar Testing Machine demonstration added a practical dimension to the showcase, illustrating the wastewater clarification process and the role of treatment chemistry in achieving cleaner water.

Our successful participation at IFAT India 2026 helped strengthen our industry engagement, deepen customer relationships and gain valuable insights into market needs, while opening up new opportunities for collaboration and exploring new business avenues. Through VYTAL®, Grasim Chlor-Alkali continues to deliver innovative, application-focused solutions that support efficient and sustainable water management across industries.
