FI INDIA 2026: Advancing Food Innovation Through Functional Phosphates

The Phosphates Business of Aditya Birla Chemicals participated in FI India 2026, held from 26–28 August 2026 at the Bombay Exhibition Centre, NESCO, Mumbai. The exhibition served as a meeting point for the food and beverage industry, bringing together manufacturers, innovators and solution providers to exchange ideas and explore the evolving landscape of food ingredients. Our participation highlighted our commitment to supporting the industry with functional phosphate solutions that address diverse application requirements.

The three-day event provided an opportunity to connect with professionals across the food value chain and introduce them to our diverse phosphate portfolio. Discussions at the exhibition centred on application-specific requirements, product functionality and the growing demand for ingredient solutions that support consistency and innovation in food manufacturing.

A key highlight of our participation was the showcase of our Corino, Delice, Gusto and Pearl brands, featuring a comprehensive portfolio of functional phosphates, including Sodium, Potassium, Calcium, Magnesium and Aluminium Phosphates. Our solutions cater to a diverse range of applications across meat, bakery, cheese, seafood, beverages, energy drinks, pharmaceuticals, supplements and nutraceuticals, supporting food manufacturers in achieving reliable functionality, consistent quality and enhanced product performance.
