Multi-100 (seafood)

Multi-100 for seafood (shrimp, fish and cephalopod) is an equilibrium mixture of peracetic acid and accelerated hydrogen peroxide.

The product exhibits excellent bactericidal and fungicidal activity against a wide range of microorganisms in cold and warm water. The product is stable for minimum one year under normal conditions. It degrades to oxygen, water and carbon dioxide.

Multi-100 extends the shelf life, maintains quality, and meets the microorganism standard limit of in-process and finished products such as shrimp, fish and cephalopod.
